From September 18th - 25th, Director Kevin Smith’s once fictional fast-food restaurant Mooby’s came to life at Gianni’s Pizzeria in Red Bank, New Jersey. Start Monday Media Group was tasked with designing and building the remodel of Gianni’s Pizzeria into the Mooby’s Pop-Up, from packaging, signage, kitchen operations, to buildout, the socially distant event went off with a great success.
